Bru
Bru at about 4 weeks old!
Bru - also known as The Bear was one of Tess' first litter of pups born in our bedroom on 29th September 2005.
The Bear !
His dad was the very lovely Conbhairean Cougar, who we wanted to adopt as soon as we saw him. We nick named Bru Brutus at about 3 weeks old as he was huge and the real Brute of the litter.
Bru wins best in show at 8 months!
The name stuck and got shortened to Bru. Bru was hipscored at a year old and scored a very impressive 10 the same as his mother and his brother Nero. We are very lucky that we see Bru all the time and have really enjoyed watching him grow up - he actually lives with our next door neighbour at an equestrian centre Highland Wildrides.
Like all shepherds - Bru loves catching sticks!
Bru is fantastic with all the visitors to the centre, and loves going out on treks with the horses. He's also a bit unusual in that he loves running with the husky sled dog teams too.
And likes to keep playing with his stick all day!
